1950 Gibson L4, Spruce Top, Maple Back & Sides - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) If you've been looking for an acoustic archtop but the vintage price tags have been scaring you, this 1950 L4 in rare blonde is worth your attention!  Lovingly maintained by Oneida, NY luthier Chad Gillander, this guitar is ready to go with new tuners and new frets.  The playability is excellent with lots of room on the wheels of the bridge for adjustability in either direction.

This guitar has a spruce top and some relatively plain maple on the back and sides.  It has a short 24 3/4" scale length, 1 11/16" nut, 2" string spacing at the saddle.  The neck measures .93" at the first fret, .972" thick at the ninth.  Rosewood fingerboard and bridge.

Plenty of dings, pick marks and finish checking on this guitar, but structurally it's excellent!  Includes original hard case, in fair condition.
