(NEW) Huss & Dalton brings the traditional Orchestra Model into the 21st century with their TOM-R.  This guitar has the look and vibe of a classic OM, but a few modern features and H&D's record of excellence means that it's a cut above.

The "Thermo-Cured" or torrefied Adirondack spruce top means a more responsive, stable and played-in sounding instrument, right out of the box.  Cocobolo back and sides have a similar influence on the tone as Brazilian rosewood, they create a complex yet focused set of overtones that never gets mushy.  It's louder than a lot of OMs.  Other construction specs include Adirondack braces, one-piece mahogany neck and ebony bridge and fingerboard.  

The appointments are classic and vintage-conventional on this one, with cross-cut ivoroid binding, herringbone purfling, short-pattern diamond and square fingerboard inlay, and zipper backstrip.

The nut is 1 3/4" and the string spacing at the saddle is 2 1/4".  This is a full (25.5") scale instrument.  Waverly open-back tuners.  Includes the nice Huss & Dalton (TKL) leather-handled tweed hardshell case.
