Huss and Dalton TD-R Pilgrim, Large-Soundhole, Thermo-Cured Adirondack, Indian Rosewood - SOLD

(NEW)
The mighty TD-R Pilgrim is a modern classic, and a natural evolution in the dreadnought design.  This guitar pays tribute to the enlarged-soundhole guitar played by Clarence White and Tony Rice, and that design feature alone was a subtle stroke of genius.  Particularly on an Indian Rosewood guitar, the large soundhole and the subsequent orientation of the braces creates a sound that is at once highly focused, incredibly balanced and LOUD as you need.  These guitars sound wonderful in pretty much all situations, and have the necessary horsepower for when it really counts.

This instrument has torrefied Adirondack spruce, thermally aged to give it a played-in, vintage sound with tons of headroom and an extremely quick response.  Indian rosewood back and sides with ebony fingerboard, bridge and pins.  The sleek no-logo headstock says "The music will do the talking, thank you very much!" and the look is completed with ivoroid bound fingerboard and body, no fingerboard inlays, and a large-pattern tortoise pick guard.  Oval-buttoned Waverly tuners standard, with 1 23/32" nut, 1 1/14" string spacing at the traditional cut-through saddle, and a comfy mod-V neck with matte finish.  Includes tweek TKL hard case and everything you need to shake the walls at your next musical engagement!
