(NEW) Originally ordered by our shop a few years back, with wood that we picked personally, we are happy to present this distinctive USED OMS from Bourgeois Guitars. The OMS is what Dana and co. call their 12-fret 000 model. It is approximately the same size as an Orchestra Model, with a longer upper bout and slightly deeper bass response, thanks to the 12-fret construction. We spared no expense with this one, hand-selecting the Koa on a trip to the Bourgeois factory in Lewiston ME.
It has a buttery Adirondack spruce top with hints of bearclaw, flame-y Koa back and sides, and a body bound in ivoroid. The cutaway means easy access to the high frets. This is a light build, and the braces are Adirondack spruce.
1 3/4" nut with 2 5/16" string spacing at the saddle means plenty of room for fingerpicking. Full 25.5" scale, satin finished modified "V" neck profile, traditional volute, slotted peghead with 3-on-a-plate Waverly tuners and Ziricote peghead overlay.
Condition is basically perfect. No play wear of any kind. Includes original TKL hardshell case.
Original New Price: $6,345... AMW USED Price: $5,150
