(USED) In our opinion, there's nothing not to like about the Traditional dreadnoughts from Collings.  They take the bold, clear voice of Collings and add an appreciable warmth, particularly to the midrange and the bass.  Indeed, what we love about a Collings D2HT in Sitka and Indian rosewood is that it's never tubby or flubby.  The T models may be inspired by vintage guitars, but their excellent tone, playability and craftsmanship mean that only one name could appear on that peghead. 

We've had these in all the available tonewood combinations now, and we think that baked (torrefied) Sitka over EIR makes an incredibly strong sounding D2H T.  Ample power when picked, but also responsive to a lighter touch.  A satisfying rumble in the bass... this is the Collings dread you've been waiting for.  

Traditional neck carve with a fuller mod-V than the standard line, rolled fingerboard edges, 1 3/4" nut and 2 5/16" string spacing at the cut-through saddle.  Fish glue construction with thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish.  Waverly open-back tuners, new Traditional style herringbone purfling and rosette.  Forward shifted, scalloped Sitka spruce braces w/ no tongue brace.  Includes TKL case.  

A heck of a guitar, by any measure!  Like new condition with no issues.
