(NEW) This is Maton's popular 808 size, similar to an OM, using all native tonewoods.  The Bunya top has distinctive wide grain and kisses of bearclaw.  To our ears, Bunya sounds like a soft-ish spruce, like Engelmann or soft Sitka, or maybe even a hybrid of Sitka and Redwood.  The Blackwood back and sides put us in mind of the soft, lower-mid growl of koa.  The guitar is easily excited, and excellent for fingerstyle.  The proprietary AP5 pickup sounds superb, we don't know if any guitar sounds better than a Maton when plugged in.  Full specs from Maton's website:
