Collings 001T 14-Fret, Sitka Spruce, Mahogany, Satin Finish - NEW

(NEW) There's just something so enticing about the Collings Traditional models, they've really answered the call for an instrument that plays and performs up to the Collings standard but has a warmer voice and a more vintage-inspired vibe.  A great local player picked this one up when it arrived last week and exclaimed "This guitar is doing EXACTLY what it is supposed to do!"  Our thoughts as well!  A good 14-fret 00 will give as much satisfaction as its big brother the Orchestra Model, in a more compact package, and this 001T does just that.  

Sitka spruce top, mahogany back, sides and neck, satin finish.  Traditional specs include rolled fingerboard edges, no tongue brace, forward-shifted scalloped Sitka spruce braces and nitro finish with no vinyl sealer.  The nut on this one is 1 3/4", spacing at the saddle is 2 5/16", short 24.9" scale length standard.  Tuners are Waverly, of course, and original hard case is included.
