1999 Huss & Dalton CM Custom, 12-Fret, Adirondack Spruce, Honduran Rosewood, 41-Style - USED

ON CONSIGNMENT, NO TRADE OFFERS PLEASE!

(USED) From the turn of the last century, a lovely looking and impeccably balanced Huss & Dalton CM model, in rare 12-fret configuration!

The CM is sometimes called a "mini dreadnought" because of its combination of concert-sized outline and deep body.  This particular guitar is highly customized, with Adirondack spruce top, Honduran rosewood back and sides and various 41-style appointments, including pearl top border and rosette, snowflake fingerboard and bridge inlays and a Martin-style torch engraved on the peghead.  Other custom features include Honduran peghead overlay, maple body/neck/peghead binding and engraved heel cap.

This guitar has a 1 13/16" nut width, 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle and long 25.4" scale length.  It has a slotted peghead with Waverly tuners, and the mahogany neck has a comfortable modified "V" profile.

Condition is very good, with something of an overhaul done at the H&D shop several years ago.  They stabilized minor dryness cracks in the back and sides, dressed the frets and installed the clear pick guard.  The frets are in great shape and the saddle is nice and tall.  There are a handful of dings spread around the top, and some light scratches, top and back.  Includes original TKL hard case.

Our friends at Huss & Dalton tell us that this guitar would spec out at over $10K today!
