SOLD – (NEW) Huss & Dalton TDR-Custom, cocobolo back and sides, Thermo-cured Adirondack spruce top, torch! – $6,365 – SOLD

What does that get us? It gets us a very traditional locomotive-loud dreadnought with “vintage” tone – yes, this guitar sounds like its been around for three decades or more. Every note rings clear, sustains forever, and robust sparkling overtone is present in each pick stroke. It is really something special.

1 and 23/32″ nut, 2 and 1/4″ DROP-IN saddle. We also ordered this guitar with Abalone torch inlayed on the pegheqad and figured COCOBOLO fretboard and bridge!  Wow. Ko-koo for Cocobolo!!! Includes the H&D tweed case.

The “cooked” top is golden brown and the Cocobolo has some gorgeous sapwood near the center seam – exotic and traditional at the same time.

We cannot imagine a better use of the new Thermo-Cured process. This guitar is loud with detail and complexity and it sounds broken in right out of the case. Huss & Dalton is building the best guitars in their history (4399 guitars and going strong!) and we are proud to be associated with them. We’ve been with them since Day #1.

It arrived yesterday, and went ON HOLD today. Guitars are flying out of here! Are the good old days finally here to stay?
