The Huber “Workhorse” is a welcomed addition to our banjo department!
A true “workhorse” has all the essential qualities with none of the fluff.
A true “workhorse” is affordable and represents a great value.
A true “workhorse” allows no compromise where tone, stability and playability are concerned but avoids purely cosmetic features.
A “workhorse” instrument will not break the bank but will impress and satisfy even the most demanding player.
The Huber WORKHORSE is just that – a simplified professional instrument with all the bang for less bucks.
All components are made to the standard Huber specifications. The heart of the banjo is the Sims 3-ply maple rim fitted with a Huber 844 brass pre-war style flathead tone ring. Other features include a one-piece flange, presto tailpiece, ebony fingerboard with MOP inlay, double-cut peghead, geared tuners, nickel-plated hardware, Huber head & bridge, bound neck & resonator and satin nitrocellulose finish. There are two models, mahogany and maple, both made at Huber’s Tennessee shop, and we are pleased to offer both.
Hardshell case included of course, as are 5th string capo spikes at frets # 7 and 9.
AMW Price: $2,649 (Maple) (SOLD)
