(USED) The Collings Brazilian guitars are becoming increasingly more rare, particularly the Orchestra Models, and we’re happy to present this wonderful sounding guitar with just a few miles on it and striking figured Brazilian back and sides.
This is a 2006 model, from the “grading” days, when we could order a Brazilian rosewood Collings any time (we miss those days!) and we are not lying when we say that it has *the sound*. Lots of volume, authoritative low end, and of course sparkle and balance for days.
Some elegant cosmetic touches on this one: a nice “maiden hair” Brazilian headcap, no herringbone (thus the “OM2” vs “OM2H” on this model) and ivoroid tuner buttons to match the body binding.
Specs include full 25.5″ scale, 1 3/4″ nut width with 2 3/16″ saddle spacing, deep black ebony fingerboard, slightly figured ebony bridge, ebony pins. Condition of this guitar is excellent with only minor fret wear in the first position under the high strings. Tall saddle, great action, ready to go. Strap button installed in the correct position on the heel. Comes with original TKL hardshell case.
Sorry, no international shipments on Brazilian rosewood guitars.
