(USED) Bourgeois Vintage OM, Orchestra Model, Adirondack, Rosewood – SOLD

(USED) Just in on consignment, a lovely Vintage OM from Dana Bourgeois.  This one is in excellent condition, with great playability and only the littlest bit of fret wear.  The sound is balanced but also mellow, and this guitar will definitely appeal to fans of Martin OMs.

The top is Adirondack spruce with fine herringbone trim, and the back and sides are East Indian rosewood.  It has a pyramid bridge, and bone pins with abalone dots.  The nut is 1 3/4″ and the string spacing at the saddle is 2 5/16″.  The neck is a modified “V”, but to us feels slimmer than the carve on newer Bourgeois guitars.  Waverly tuners.

A nice little piece of Bourgeois history!
